This Ethiopian comes from the small Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union in the Eastern parts of the country. Harrar features a strong dry edge, winy to fruit like acidity, rich aroma, and a heavy body. We roast this bean to a City Roast level to bring out the subtle fruity and winy notes in the cup. This coffee is almost always in the best espresso blends, as it really adds to the aromas in the crema.
